MICHAEL BRASHER

About me
I’m Michael Brasher — a certified life coach, political geographer, father, and lifelong student of transformation. My work is rooted in helping men, leaders, and seekers reconnect with themselves, heal inherited patterns, and live with greater integrity, clarity, and depth.
Over the past two decades, I’ve worked across borders, disciplines, and communities — from trauma-informed mentorship programs to gender-based violence prevention work in jails and courtrooms, to leading nonprofits focused on healing and social change. I’ve also earned a PhD in political geography and taught on the intersections of power, masculinity, and belonging.
I bring both personal humility and professional experience to this work. Whether you’re navigating burnout, identity shifts, relationship patterns, or a longing for deeper purpose, I offer grounded, compassionate coaching that invites people home to their truth.
I live with my wife and three children in Tucson, Arizona, and I believe that transformation is most powerful when it shows up in how we relate — with our families, communities, and ourselves.
In addition to coaching, I write about masculinity, power, and justice on my Substack, and I contribute to public conversations about gender justice, white masculinity, and the unfinished work of abolition.
